The Wonderful Summer of '08

Well, I haven't made a post since April so I decided to update for the past few months. Back in May I graduated Orem High school and I can't tell you how glad I am that i can finally say I'm a highschool graduate. Two days later I was on a plane to Suva, Fiji for my senior trip. I went with an LDS organization called Alliance for Youth Service. We built bathrooms in the village Galoa for 3 weeks. It was an amazing experience and I loved every minute of it. It was definitely the hardest work I have ever done but well worth it. We just recently found out that two of our friends from Galoa are going to be baptized soon. We were able to give out over 30 copies of the Book of Mormon. After that experience, my desire to serve a mission greatly increased. Only two more years and I'll be 21! Well we got home on the 19th and the next day me and 5 friends from highschool moved into an apartment in King Henry. Two days later, I had surgery on my left leg. It was a crazy first couple of months to say the least. Me and my girls had the best time in apartment 28. There was never a dull moment. My life consisted of going to work every day until 6, then going on dates or hanging out with people, staying up until atleast 3 every night then breakfast and work etc. the next day. I had the best summer. :)
